Repotting in eight steps

1. Check the plant and need

   Inspect the root ball, compost and water uptake. Allow only the additional root space actually needed.

2. Choose a suitable container

   Choose a stable pot with clear drainage holes. Consider mature plant size and the available space.

3. Prepare the workspace

   Prepare a clean surface and tools, and loosen the compost. Keep drainage holes open; a thick gravel layer is not a universal requirement.

4. Remove the plant from its pot

   Gently release the root ball from its old container. First assess persistent wetness, odour and damaged roots.

5. Check the root ball

   Gently loosen loose outer compost and remove dead parts selectively. Do not heavily prune healthy roots without a reason.

6. Set planting depth

   Maintain the previous planting depth and keep sensitive rosette crowns exposed.

7. Fill and water in

   Water in, allow excess to drain and continue according to herb species.

8. Support establishment

   After about 2–4 weeks assess supplementary feeding according to the label and plant requirements; account for initial nutrients.

Prepare the fertiliser separately

10 ml per 2.5 l of water.

Every 2–3 weeks according to the label.

During the growing season.

1. Shake

   Shake the concentrate before use.

2. Prepare water

   Pour the required amount of water into a suitable container.

3. Select strength

   Use standard 100%, young plants 50%, or seedlings with leaves 20% of the basic dilution. Concentration does not determine the watering volume needed.

4. Measure concentrate

   Measure the calculated amount accurately with a suitable measuring aid.

5. Mix

   Add the concentrate to the water and mix evenly.

6. Apply as needed

   Feed the already moist root ball when nutrients are needed; do not overwater using a rigid water volume.

Do not mix the entire bottle into the bag. The compost is ready to use; dilute the concentrate separately with water.

Fertiliser

• Do not use undiluted. Shake well before use.
• Keep out of reach of children and animals.
• Preferably use low-lime water or rainwater at 15–25 °C.
• Do not apply in direct sunlight or at temperatures below 5 °C or above 30 °C.
• Apply to a pre-moistened root zone or spray the foliage. Do not spray open flowers.

Dry · dark · above 8 °C to a maximum of 38 °C

Store in a dry, dark place above 8 °C and at no more than 38 °C.

Compost

Minimise dust and avoid eye contact. Clean hands after handling. Keep compost away from food and animal feed.

Sheltered and tightly sealed.

Store sheltered from weather, in the dark and away from direct sunlight. Protect from drying and waterlogging; seal opened packs tightly and use promptly.
