How GREEN24AI really works

Each photo is checked independently by up to five modules: four assess plant, damage and care completely, FloriD 4.0 also identifies the species. The profiles describe their character, not their limits. The modules are based on the latest AI models and our complex knowledge databases. We guide them with GREEN24 knowledge: damage catalogues, Plants A–Z, care modules and knowledge databases from our range and specialist areas. Where analyses agree, you see “In agreement” – quality and majority decide. The result is a preliminary assessment and does not replace expert advice.

How an analysis works

The photo is resized and location data (GPS) is removed.

Limits and privacy

An AI only sees what is in the photo. If in doubt, the cause check with questions or our advice will help.
Photos are resized before sending and transmitted without location data. They are only stored if you tick “Share photo and result anonymously …” – then anonymously in the GREEN24 knowledge base; reviewed cases may appear anonymously in the GREEN24 forum. We store results anonymously and without names to improve GREEN24AI; they can be opened via the result link for 30 days. To withdraw, simply send us a message with the ID from the result.
