Cut flowers and place them down carefully
FELCO 100 is a cut-and-hold flower pruner with retaining jaws on the blade and counter blade. They hold the stem after cutting until the flower is placed down. Two opening positions allow adjustment to the task.
For roses and other cut flowers, with stems up to 10 mm. The retaining jaws hold the cut stem while the pruner remains closed.
- Choose the opening
Select the appropriate one of the two opening positions. This model is designed for large right hands.
- Position the stem
Place the chosen flower stem between blade and counter blade, within the retaining jaws. Keep fingers away from the cutting edge.
- Cut and retain
Close the handles smoothly. Keep the cut stem between the retaining jaws and carry it to the resting place with the pruner closed.
- Release and clean
Place the flower down carefully before opening the handles. Then remove residues, dry the tool and lightly oil moving parts.
