Use
Protect the lower trunk area from mechanical damage during lawn care. These slotted green guards fit flexibly around the tree; connect several pieces for larger trunks.
Fit the guard around the lower trunk, leaving enough room for growth. Join two or more pieces for larger diameters. Keep mowing equipment clear of the trunk and guard.
Dimensions and contents
- Five guards made from UV-resistant PE, 2 mm thick.
- Each piece is 36 cm wide and 20 cm high.
- One piece fits trunks up to 11 cm diameter; several pieces can be joined.
- Multiple slots provide flexibility and allow air and light through.
Care and handling
Check the fit regularly and adjust as the trunk grows. Replace damaged guards and prevent pinching or rubbing against the bark.
