Prepare and use

Choose a top diameter of 9, 11 or 13 cm and a pack of 20, 50 or 100 pots. These grey/black polypropylene round pots have a raised perforated base and can be reused for propagation and repotting.

Choose size and pack
Compare the dimensions and capacity of each pot with the root ball, then choose the required quantity.
Prepare the work area
Place the pots on a stable, water-resistant surface. Check the base openings and prepare a suitable tray.
Add growing medium
Use a medium suited to the plant and its development stage. Fill loosely and keep the base openings clear.
Plant or sow
Position plants gently or sow at the depth appropriate for the species. Fill remaining gaps with medium and leave a watering rim.
Water and check drainage
Water as required and let excess water drain. When using watering mats, check actual contact with the pot base.
Care and reuse
Check moisture regularly. After the next repotting, clean the empty pots and reuse undamaged ones.
