G24 Single Plug Ejector – Choose the Matching Version

The single-plug ejector helps gently lift individual rooted plugs from matching G24 cell trays. Pin length and diameter are matched to the selected tray model.

1. Check the tray model

   Match your cell tray model to the selected ejector version. Similar cell counts or outer dimensions alone do not establish compatibility.

2. Check the plugs

   Remove sufficiently rooted plugs and check their condition first. Handle fragile or loose plugs carefully.

3. Prepare the workspace

   Support the tray securely on a stable work surface. Make the base openings of the chosen cells accessible.

4. Align the ejector

   Centre the pin beneath the base opening of the chosen cell. Hold or position the broad base securely.

5. Lift the plugs

   Apply gentle, even pressure from below. Alternatively, lower the tray carefully over the upright ejector. Do not pull the shoots.

6. Transplant and clean

   Remove the released plugs carefully and grow them on. Remove growing-medium residues from the tool and check for damage before further use.

Choose the ejector by the exact tray model. Each listed set of dimensions belongs only to its named version.

• Align tool and tray straight and do not force them.
• Stop using tools with damaged pins or bases.

Remove growing-medium residues after use, clean with water when needed and store protected.
