Consumers' Right of Withdrawal
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or independent professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day
– on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take or takes possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together;
– on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take or takes possession of the last item, if you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;
– on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take or takes possession of the last partial shipment or piece, if you ordered an item that is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (GREEN24 GmbH, Am Neggenborn 125, 44892 Bochum, telephone: +4923489016070, email address: widerruf@green24.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusions and Grounds for Early Expiry
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
– for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is determined by an individual choice or specification by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs;
– for the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly;
– for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed when the contract was concluded, but which cannot be delivered until at least 30 days after the contract was concluded and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no control;
– for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except for subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts
– for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal was removed after delivery;
– for the supply of goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
– for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal was removed after delivery.
